Areas need some work, but has some nice holes
There are quite a few holes that have high risk/high reward, so that tops the poor conditions for me. It would be nice to see the tee boxes a little wider. This course is definitely right-hand bias as everything is set up for right-handers comfort. One of the tee boxes allowed myself as a left-hander to have to tee up with a tree's limbs essentially right in my target line. Sand traps are better than most in the area...for what that's worth now days.

Good layout horrible conditions
The layout is short and challenges every skill level but the course conditions have gone down hill since I played here 5 years ago. Would not go back since there is nicer courses in the Lima, Oh area.
