About
Firethorn Course at Randpark Club was designed by Sid Brews. The course has matured over the years and has undergone a number of improvements to maintain its contemporary appeal.
In 1990, the greens complexes were completely redesigned by Golf Data and architect Mark Muller. A number of tees were re-aligned and extended, resulting in the championship tees now measuring a total of 7014 metres making it one of the longest par 72 golf courses in South Africa, challenging the best golfers to "tame it".
