Menard Golf Course Scorecard and Tees

About

Previously known as Presidio, Menard GC rolls along the San Saba River and is named after the old Spanish mission on the back side of the course.

No. 5 is one of the better holes, a par 4 that is sort of a blind dogleg out of a chute of trees. The approach can get away from you with the river looming right.

Compared to other small-town 9-holers, this one is worth it but pricey, totaling $25 for the fee and cart.

Getting there : From the middle of town, drive north over the river until you reach Hwy. 190. Turn left and drive a short distance until you see the course on your left.
