Course need some love
I live in Bromont and usually end up playing the Royal when Vieux Village is too crowded. It is more expensive than Vieux Village and in worse shape. Some of the holes are poorly drained so they tend to be very wet the days after a good rain. The golf has been up for sales for many years so the owner is spending the minimum. He modified one hole, chopping about 50 yards from hole #8, to sell a few residential lots. They have not bothered to rerate the course so my GPS still give me the distance to where the green used to be located.
Fun but forgettable
Fun course in impeccable condition. Fairways and greens are like carpets. Course is straightforward and enjoyable. Sole issue is holes are often similar and lacks memorable holes. Would definitely play again. Merci!
