About
One of the state’s largest country clubs, this facility offers two scenic courses that are quite challenging. The North Course is an old, traditional course that features narrow fairways and small greens. Both courses were updated in 1988 by Jay Morrish and are very well maintained.
Designed by John Bredemus in 1928, the North Course features bent-grass greens and lush fairways, with natural streams throughout. Expect a difficult start with two long par 4s in the first five holes. The No. 4 hole plays into a green protected by water on the left and back sides.
Getting there : From I-30, get off at the Bernie Anderson Ave. exit and head south to the club.
