Neckartal Golf Club

This course is the US Army MWR course but ranks as one of the best courses I've ever played. The staff has done an excellent job maintaining the course and the layout is challenging enough for scratch golfers as well as juniors and amateurs. Fairways and greens are in excellent conditions. Driving range provides a great environment to work on your shots and the chipping, putting and bunker practice facilities are very useful and a bonus for everyone wanting to improve your game. Clubhouse and Pro-shop are very well maintained and locker rooms are very clean. The restaurant has excellent food and awesome German beer. There are areas for improvement. Course has no water coolers and no beer carts (ever). During certain times of the year, the rough gets very high.
