Don Williams Golf Course

This course is part of Don Williams Recreation area. There is a lake and campground close by. This course is just north of a smaller community in North Central Iowa. I live close by and play an 18 hole course that is much nicer, longer, and challenging but I do enjoy playing at Don Williams. It is a great course for beginners and those not used to playing longer tougher courses, but it is maintained well enough that it is a fun course to play even for those experienced golfers. For the price, it's unbeatable. I can't think of a more bang for your buck course in Iowa. It's a great course to walk or ride. They cater to the community around them as well as those staying at the campground close by. Try out this course if you haven't played before. You won't be disappointed!.
