Falmouth Country Club - Talon Course

Played the course on Thurs 10 Sept. Just a really good time of year to play. Perfect weather. The course is in great condition and pace of play was fine. Cannot ask for more.

Other than the greens, the course is not very well maintained. Fairways were decent. Some holes need serious tree work to open up the fairways. Also not surprising the bunkers are in poor condition.

I played the 9 hole Talon course which is almost completely straight but does have some undulating fairways and strategically placed bunkers. I went out alone at 6:05 and was done by 7:15.

It is an ok course. Nothing spectacular, pretty much straight forward. Price is affordable, fairways we're rolling a lot!. Nice Greens. It is just that you don't,t remember any special hole after your game.

Tris was our first time at Falmouth Country Club, and it should be noted that the cart fee is not included in the GolfNow pricing. We played the Osprey course, and as stated, most fairways were quite wide. Pace of play was slow, and we had to wait some on every hole with no ranger in site. It was early in the season and the course was in pretty good shape, though some work was needed. Some bunkers contained many stones. I believe there is new management, and the staff needed some improvement- not much help. We did enjoy the challenge of the course, and will try it again when we return to the area.

Played this course 12-15 times in last 7:8 yrs. It’s early in the year but I can’t remember the last time it was in such terrible shape . Besides the paucity of mowing - tees terrible , rough inconsistent. Y they just seem not to care about what could be a lovely community golf course . Instead, it is overpriced and in terrible condition for mid May. Saturday in May and no one on the course - it wasn’t worth it

As usual Falmouth is an awesome place to play unfortunately it was still playing it’s winter course which splits the talon 9 hole course and 9 from osprey but overall aside from a little winter damage great shape

Brand new to the golf scene. Played my first round back in August of 25, first time playing FCC on a foggy Easter Sunday morning and I couldn’t have had a better time. Me and Jojo did a quick 2 hr 9 hole run before attending family matters. I look forward to returning for a full 18

Been playing FCC for two decades. Love this spot. In twenty years the course has only gotten better. Should only get better with new operating lease.
