Please...PLEASE...cut the fairways
I come back to visit family each year and usually play the Classic (original) course. But the Classic was closed for aeration so I played the Dogwood. Just like the Classic (which has a far better design, in my opinion), the greens were in fine shape but the fairways were cut to rough height. For some reason every time I play this facility - it doesn't matter the day - they simply do not cut the fairways and they are very shaggy. Note to course managers - CUT THE FAIRWAYS!
