Expensive but it is Aruba. Aruba is very windy which makes for a challenging round.

Really enjoyed playing this course .knowing how to play the wind and elevation is a must

Play Tierra del Sol 2-5 times a year when on vacation in Aruba. Today's round was a bit windier than usual (but it's always windy). Greens in OK shape, tee boxes could be a bit better. Course conditions as usual. Will go back again.

Nothing could be better on island time very relaxed

I played the course 3times while visitng Aruba. The course layout is well designed and the scenery is tremendous. Course is challenging but fair. The wind adds to the challenge of the course, but is manageable and part of the uniqueness of the course. Its definitely worth playing a round or two

Hard to justify such an expensive round when the Tee boxes are completely ripped apart.

It is a challenge to play in the wind. I have played this course so many times I have finally go things down. Except when the wind blows Nd moves my ball when putting or stops it

we have played this course several times over the years and have played it twice this week on our visit to aruba. This years conditions were especially good! Understanding, that this is a desert course the conditions were green and well kept up. Yeah, some of the tee boxes were just OK, especially the ladies but overall it was very nice, The pace of play was good and we enjoyed the experience once again. We will be back next year!

Tierra del Sol never fails to give you a challenging yet friendly round. Play the winds correctly with your club selection and you can have a great round. If you don’t then you may end up having more bogeys than you should! I am an 18 handicap female and I managed the course with ease . Very fun course. My only complaint would be that for the money you spend on the round you would expect the fairways and tee boxes to be a bit plusher. I realize that we are playing during A Pandemic and they may not be as busy but at least water the fairways!! The red tee boxes definitely need some TLC.

Incredible course! The views are exceptional and the arid desert feel combined with the ocean is unforgettable. The winds can be challenging, but the course is set up to work around.them. The 19th hole is one of the best we've encountered. Can't wait to go back!

Wow this course has some of the most awesome views you will ever see on a golf. Even goats walking the course.

realizing it is 85 and sunny every day, and no rain, it is difficult to keep the course hydrated, The greens vary in speed and are very flat. the layout is wonderful. We finished in under 4 hours and had to wait to tee off on the last 4 holes. If I spent a $165 on a course here in the states and it was in this condition I would have been asking for a refund.

That said I would recommend it while on vacation.

Rental Clubs were excellent with Scotty putters. Lots of fun and surprisingly good conditions considering the lack of rainfall on the island. Plays fast (under 4 hours for our group). Goats make the scenery awesome. I was pleasantly surprised with the condition of the green considering the island. One tip, do not go looking for a ball in the brush as thorns are wicked. Looking forward to playing the course again next year!

This course is a fun but challenging one. It is also pretty expensive.

Wind is challenging. Beautiful views and worth playing while vacationing

The greens were in very good shape, the fairways had some dry spots but most of the surface was playable; the wind is really hard to account for; I was lucky enough not go in any bunkers but the looked ok; overall it was a good experience but also a little pricey, it’s the only 18 holes course on the island and they take advantage of that, great layout though

I've played many courses in the Caribbean and this was one of the better ones. The condition is typical of island clubs yet this has a great design and offers lots of challenge. Aruba is always breezy so be sure to enjoy the ocean views and bring a couple of extra balls. My wife and I played when our cruise made a stop. better option then shopping.
