Stay away! Tall fairways, overgrown, fuzzy greens
This course has so much potential but isn't maintained. Love the layout but due to the lack of maintenance it's poor. The fairways are like very tall roughs at a nice golf course. If you hit into the rough you might as well not look for your ball. Dead grass clippings everywhere. Over grown weeds around all the trees, creeks, ponds, and pretty much everywhere besides the green (which are really fuzzy). The greens are easily 1/2 inch or taller. You really have to hit the ball hard to go anywhere on the green. Gophers mounds are everywhere including on the greens. Bales of hay everywhere as well. Management is poor. Usually rude and doesn't care if you golf there or not. Pretty sad. Course used to be really nice about 5 years ago. Stay away from this course.
Great Convention Break
Good value for the money. Well maintained last year before all the rain. We played It twice, a day apart. Some challenging water hazards, not too much sand.
