Old School 9 Hole course
Course was designed by Emil Loeffler who was the superintendent at Oakmont. Course used to be a private course many years ago. Layout plays over rolling terrain and the greens are small with lots of undulation.
Great 9 hole course and a bonus BBQ joint.
Played 18 here with my wife for the first time last week. It was $80 in total for a cart and 18 holes. They have two sets of tees one for the front and the other for the back. The add a bit of variance on the second play through that puts it above your average 9 hole. Staff was super nice and got us checked in quick and on the course. At the turn we had some delicious BBQ and beer and again the staff was great. I definitely suggest checking this out if you are in the area and looking for a chill experience. For the better golfers there are a few well guarded holes and 9 can be a blind tee shot if you have the driver length.
Terrible
Showed up for tee time scheduled though golf now app, wasn't a sole at the course when we got there. Drove over an hour to play. If they're closed Sunday update your info!! Will not go back to that awful course
I’d Rather Eat Dirt
Got to this place, and they didn’t even know what Golf Now was, first tried to say my prepaid reservation through this app wouldn’t get me on the course. Whatever, wasn’t too worried about it. Then I pull up to what I assumed was the first tee box, but it was #10 tee box. It’s a 9 hole course that plays the same holes twice, just 2 tee boxes per hole.
The course was in terrible shape, I could’ve had a more worthwhile round in a garbage dump. This course should cost $10 to play, if that. Don’t waste your time.
Worst course ever.
Imagine mowing your grass once per month and calling it a golf course. That’s what Harmony Ridge does apparently. I have literally lost balls in the fairway before. Nothing is ever watered so it’s covered in hard surfaces. Pace of play is slow as people there take 3 or more mulligans per hole at times. Slowest greens on earth. Very short course being under 6k yards. There is absolutely no reason to go here. You won’t enjoy the course nor will you get a deal. For $38 it’s basically theft.
Bad
Waste of money. Horrible shape. Impossible to keep a ball on the fair way because it’s on so many hill, I wouldn’t play there again even if they paid me
Horrible
Never again. Thought $22 was an ok deal for the 4th of July observed, so took my gf for 9 holes - she's brand new to the sport. Course says its 18 holes, but its not. It's 9 holes with 18 tee boxes. Rock hard teeing ground, tall fairways with clovers everywhere (actually lost a ball in the "short stuff"), legit stones in the traps, and slow, uncut greens. Only staff we saw the whole time was the bartender/shop attendant/starter guy who told us our cart number and we just went and tee'd off. Nobody organizing the groups starting so there were just twosomes and solo golfers all around us killing the pace. Saw a shirtless golfer at one point when we were looking for our ball. It's western PA so this isn't totally crazy, but there really isn't a single flat lie on the course, and it's pretty extreme here. Again, wouldn't recommend this to any golfer ever unless you want to find a $10 round to use as a warmup before playing a real course. Fownes would be rolling in his grave....
I am not sure why they even charge you to play this course because they clearly don’t use any of the incoming revenue for updates/ upkeep. The man in front of me, without exaggeration, hit 3 tee shots, all OB, on every single hole and there’s no one to complain about pace of play to because it’s literally just a bar. I mean I only paid $14, but in order for me to come back it’s going to have to be free.
Discount Oakmont
"Oakmonts little brother" designed by H.C and W.C Fownes.
Little brothers can be a challenging, exacting pain in the a**- and fhis course lives up to that reputation. This historic and conveniently located 9 hole course will humble you with the opening 550 yard 1st hole which rewards accurate players who aim for higher ground. Like Oakmont there isn't a drop of water on the course, but even the most skilled players will find challenge I'm this hilly but we'll maintained gem in Beaver County.
Don't let the price fool you; you will pay for your mistakes in this "little brother" of a course but you can find comfort in the top notch staff and grounds crew who have maintained a standard of excellence set when this place opened in 1923.
Laughable
The fact they are trying to say it’s a deal to pay $25 is a joke. This course is great for cheap practice and that’s it. Half the time there are no employees on the course nor in the shop. You just take a cart and go. Fairways are so high you can legit lose a ball on the fairway. Greens are the slowest I ever played. For $10 it’s a great value. For $25 it’s a joke.

Great staff. Course not so much.
The staff is top notch. The course isn't so great. Outside the fairway the grass is very tall so you lose many balls, very slow greens, tee boxes are torn apart. For the price though you can not beat it.

Negative rating
Absolutely horrible course. Says its 18 holes but its only 9 with 18 t boxes. Fairways were all weeds and clover. Bunkers were rock hard sand. Greens were uncut and extremely slow. I will not be returning to this course.
