Not so Quick for 9 Holes
Conditions were perfect but it took > 2.5 hours to play 9 holes (we only played 9 - the Red). We were a twosome and were paired up with an 80+ year old grandfather and his 12 year old grandson - and despite them taking many swings per hole, they weren't the reason for slow play, it was the groups in front of us.
The course was in great shape and the greens rolled fast and true and while I only found the sand once, it was very playable.
People. Everywhere.
Played it on a Saturday and there were people everywhere! Pace of play was very very slow. Course was nice though and had a fun layout.
Nice wooded layout
If you're going to play here Red & Blue are the two nines you want to play. Gold is ok just not as scenic. This is the best public course closest to the Mt. Lebanon, South Hills, Upper St. Clair, I-79 area. The only unfortunate thing is they know they are the best and price accordingly. Always $50+ and sometimes closer to $70.
