They don't allow outside DRINKS OR COOLERS BUT THE DRINKS AND FOOD ARE SEPARATE AND THEY CAN'T RUN THAT SIDE IT'S PRIVATELY OPERATED. WHAT a joke go to Vernal they open when the corse opens the workers at Vernal are there to work not show up to be seen. What a joke ROOSEVELT GOLF CORSE NEEDS TO GET IT TOGETHER.

Typical muni course
Great pro shop with friendly staff. Course layout is fun. A few blind hazards. Greens were slow and punching not healed. Course condition not bad for early in the season.

Truly a great value for a municipal course. The greens were in great shape, running true and better than average speed.
Fairways were in good condition.
