(9 Hole) Public Course but greens are good.
This is my home course so maybe I'm a little biased but the course is worth your $15. The payment for this course is a trustbox so please be honest. I grew up here and played with the locals for a long time. This course back in the 90's and early 2000's was in great shape and somewhat of a tourist attraction to Marion, AL. It went through a rough patch for a 3-5 year when the elders passed on and the state took over. Fortunately, MMI (Marion Military Institute) has picked up the responsibilities of keeping the course to playable conditions. The course is tight....REALLY tight. Out of bounds is left on Holes 1-3. Two par 3's, five par 4's, and two par 5's. Overall this course is fun, laid back, and challenging.
