Out of town golfer
Played here many times. Very walkable if that is a preference. Cart paths are in serious need of repair. The drought have left many of the greens in need of repair but playable. Very few surprises on the course. Look forward to playing each time I come home. Affordable. Quiet (near airport) and open area.
Horrible experience
Ok, I am going to be very fair on this. Golf course itself is not too bad, considering extremely cheap green fees and middle of winter season. Club house staff is very friendly. My biggest issues are ground maintenance workers. They have no respect towards to player. I started at 8AM but they were still cutting the grass around 10AM and I had to constantly wait for them to finish, are you kidding me??? They didn't even put the flags on the hole after they switched the hole location... Absolutely horrible...

It's hard to review this course in a positive or negative way. You get what you pay for.
The golf carts do not have gps as advertised. There appear to be marshals riding the course but I wasn't sure exactly what they were there for. Everyone on the course appeared to be playing two to three shots off the tee as the norm.
The tee boxes were in good shape and the greens were under repair in many areas.
The fairways were decent but suffering from all the recent rain and then heat. They were on the edge of being a little burned out. The rough was good in some areas and obsolete in others.
