Dixie Golf Club

The greens are very rough and in need of some help. Very bumpy, not smooth at all. The rest of the course is just fine.

Don't remember the greens being this bad before... some were aerated and sanded. ..some were just aerated.... like putting on burrber carpeting!

Multiple tournaments every weekend with no one to police all the carts on the grass constantly has ruined this course. This course could be great but it needs serious work.

The tee boxes and fairways are hard as stone and the greens bounce instead of roll.

Shut down and fix the course if you’re going to charge $60 to play. It’s a $30 course as it is. I love the people there but I’d not invite someone to play here in the condition the course is in now, especially when there are multiple outstanding courses with an hour drive.

Some of the Tee boxes were so hard, we couldn't get a Tee in the ground... was hoping the greens would fill in and the ball starting to roll... not happening

Can't belive how hard the Tee boxes are on most holes. .. you literally cannot place a Tee, even a short one in the ground... on 4 holes, I placed the Tee outside the markers... little more water please....

Nothing like triple digits to help the pace of golf! Sure wish this course had a Marshall... it always seems like we have to skip holes because you have a foursome that is crawling along playing army golf....then anyone takes 3-4 putts.... pick it up people, the PGA is not going to call you...

I understand they have to mow fairways, greens, etc.... What I don't understand is there are 3 guys on the greens getting ready to putt and the groundskeeper parks his rig about 30' away and keeps it running WHILE WE'RE PUTTING! C'mon guys....do better Please....

Greens were slow, just sanded but are starting to roll better.....finally They really need to fix or move some of the Tee Markers.... some are on downhill lies for your stance (# 13) while some are located in a bunch of tree roots! (#5)...C'mon folks, do better Please

A negative thing for me is that they run the water sprinklers during our play hours.

It’s Rough! That’s what everyone told me. I played anyway and boy were they right! The cart paths were like driving through East Beirut. The fairways weren’t too bad. The greens were really bad and incredibly slow. You lost strokes because of them even if you played well. The worst part? $55! Unbelievable they can get away with that and stay in business. I’ll never play there again. I feel bad for those that live around there and can’t afford to belong to the country club because that’s the only reason this is still in business.
