Nice layout but course needs work
It was a nice layout with many wide open fairways but also some nice tighter tree line ones. The fairways are quite weedy but are rate overall okay. The greens were very nice to excellent but beware they are humped and sloped so you get lots of run of off and none are flat but again in excellent condition. Be prepared for a number of three putts. Now the big down side.... The tee areas (at least the whites) are just absolutely brutal. Most are humped and virtually none are level and were all build too small too allow proper relocation of the blocks to reduce wear. There is no sign that they are doing anything to correct this. Being honest many times I moved back or to the side of the blocks to tee from something more respectable. They also allowed members to jump in front and play the back nine which really slowed up the pace of play which the members in front of us said this happens all the time.
Good course
I've played about 4 times and have enjoyed it each time!
Worth The Drive
this course has a fine collection of memorable holes that require some good shot-making; course conditioning is average but the hole designs make it an enjoyable round.
