Rough course
The course was not well maintained. Fairways were dry with large patches of missing grass, although the greens were decent. Several of the golf carts were in bad condition making it difficult to steer properly. And it was as expensive as nearly any other course I’ve played at about $45 a player. Although not many alternatives for other courses within 50 miles or so.
Sad story
There are signs this was once a very nice course. Great layout & Nice buildings, but no more. It has been left to ruin, no maintenance of the fairways, tee boxes with no care, greens that were mostly ok, but with some awful patches. It is just sad to see a course in this state of disrepair.
Don't waste your money.
This was the worst course i've ever played . There is more grass in most dog parks . The fairways and honestly the whole place is poor quality and looks like no one takes care of it .
Just terrible
The layout of the course is nice, no elevation changes, but they obviously don’t care about the maintenance of the grounds. From terrible tee boxes, to super patchy fairways, to diseased greens, you’ll feel overcharged even if you pay nothing to play here. No etiquette from other players or even staff. A pickup truck was driving around, on the grass, stealing alcohol from carts, whether it was outside or from the cart girl. Insane. Get robbed during your round! Even Top Golf is better than this course…
Terrible course
This was the worst conditioned course I have ever played. From the miserable tee boxes, to barely discernible fairways , to bare spots on most greens, every hole was in terrible shape. It is hard to believe this course can stay in business.
Beautiful course
I've played on a lot of different courses. But Tierra del Sol lived up to standards that were amazing. The fairways and the greens were well-manicured no issues at all. It is a beautiful challenging course and I will definitely go back
Comfortable and playable.
A little rugged in some places, but able to play at a nice steady pace without being pushed by others.
Great Fairways
The course was in great shape already. Nice staff and service. They just sanded the greens which was unlucky for us but just means the greens will be in perfect shape the next time I play there soon!
