Domaine de Roiffe - Loudun Fontevraud Golf Club

Ideally located between Fontevraud-l'Abbaye, Loudun, Saumur and Chinon, the Golf de Roiffé lies at the heart of the 120-hectare Domaine de Roiffé. Created in 1985 by French architect Hubert Chesneau, this 18-hole golf course offers a simple, varied layout over 60 hectares, some of it wooded and undulating.

Although reputed to be long, it has a few surprises in store, such as a prevailing headwind, a steep slope and a deep stone ditch. The par 72, 6,181 m long, is accessible to anyone in possession of a course permit. There is also a covered driving range, an approach green and a putting green. Golf de Villars is open every day from mid-May to mid-November.
