About
Heritage Hills Golf Club, conveniently located just minutes from downtown Barrie, has an interesting layout that features a combination of wide open, links-style holes and holes framed by mature forest. Although there are numerous strategically placed bunkers and swales, there are also generous landing areas that make it accessible to players of all skill levels. Willow Creek winds through the hilly landscape, offering beautiful scenery. Heritage Hills Golf Club’s greens are large and undulating, and there is the occasional double-tiered green. Although there is only one distinct water hazard, which is on the 12th, the course requires many demanding carries over the creek. Heritage Hills also offers a grass range with target greens and a practice putting green for golfers to use.

Great course. Nice combination of traditional/links. Greens in great shape with lots of adulation. Geese on #12 are a little annoying but other than that a very enjoyable track.
Hidden gem
Great coarse , great staff , great pace , no waiting . Didn't have any food but I'm sure it is top notch. Needs a nice new club house would be the only thing needed.
Course Marshall asked my group to skip a hole, crazy. It wasn’t necessary because the group started 3 holes ahead and when we were asked to skip a hole they were only 2, if that.
Great track
Marshall and beverage staff absolutely great people, was a slower day do to a problem group 3 ahead of us, Marshall kept on them but they wouldn’t let anyone pass and we’re waiting for par 5’s to clear to hit their tee shots. Overall great course.
A favourite!
Very diverse, great views, perfect balance of challenging and open. Lots of fun with great practice.
Good course layout.
It is a course of 3 6s. The first 6 are in a wet valley woodland. Tight drives are needed to navigate it. The next 6 border the ravine and require longish Carrie’s to navigate. The final 6 holes are windswept exposed holes that while open looking are bordered by deep unfindable grass that swallow errant shots. Tough test from the tips.
