Takes booking with carts but doesn’t have any
Twice now we booked a game with carts only to get there and made to wait over an hour and a half. Marshall was blatantly rude and continued to put his buddies ahead of others who waited longer and just makes up a reason. If you can’t provide a cart at time of booking you need to be up front about it and the customer will decide if they are capable of walking. Don’t waste your time and money here. Just a money grab course. Won’t be back again.
Below Average Course
This was my second round here this year and it has gotten worse. The tee boxes were awful patchy, not leveled and spots of long grass. Fairways were also awful. They had clovers all over the fairways very little grass. Greens were pretty good for the most part. Some had burnt grass but overall greens were good. I was surprised to read some reviews saying this was one of the better courses they had played. It would rank very low on the courses I have played all over Ottawa including other courses in the area. Pace of play was good the course wasn't very busy. I wouldn't recommend this course. If you're driving out to this area Rockland and Nation are 100 times better than here. In fact I'd even say Pineview has surpassed Hammond.
Nice Course, and Friendly Staff
Nice lay out. Well manicured. Green are in good shape. Marshals and starter were pleasant.
Most, if no all of the holes are lined by pine trees, which gives the layout a pleasing appearance.
Friendly staff.
