Lakeview. Well worth the trek to south Mississauga.
I had not played Lakeview since 2008 as it in the opposite end of GTA from me.
Course is on great shape. Greens fairways bunkers and most tee boxes in great condition. We have had a for bit ofron recently and the course seems to have handled it well . It rained during the back nine pretty good and the course was fine.
Will not wait nearly as long to return.
Lakeview GC = Best Bang for Buck in GTA!
I have yet to have a bad experience playing Lakeview because even if you shoot 105, you didn't break yourself to play.
Most courses at this price range are quite terrible (conditions, staff, layout, etc.), but this is by far the best quality + challenge + price combo, in Toronto.
Great staff, great conditions, and close to the city.
I would become a member here if I were allowed to, 100%.

Solid track and in great shape.
Course is solid. I heard a lot about it but after playing it I’d say it doesn’t get the accolades it deserves. Layout is great, conditions are very good and value for money is very good. Greens were solid.
Hard to get a tee time but if you can - you should.
A gem of a public course
Lakeview is truly a gem! The course layout is consistent with it's time of development. There is varying topography and a small river running through the property. The course conditions are very good especially for a public course. The greens are quite slow and it takes some getting used to for a few holes. It's a good test of golf for all levels of players. I must say that the facility- washrooms etc.- is absolutely spotless. Seems to be extremely well managed.

First time played there as my birthday treat. Very enjoyable and course conditions are good, well maintained. Will go again in the future.
Great condition
Course is in fantastic shape. Pace of play was 4 hours and fairways and greens are great. Worth a visit to Lakeview GC.

Slow pace due to one problem foursome and there was no marshal to manage the situation so we only got to play 16 holes.
Renovations at Lakeview is welcome
Ive been playing Lakeview for decades. Pound for pound, its one of the best public courses in the GTA, and is always in good condition. Having said that, its nice to see there is a major renovation coming next year. over the years, the course has lost a little of its lustre, and some re-designed holes will only add to its storied tradition and playability.
