always a great time
my wife and i are decent golfers and started golfing here a couple months back and it’s one of our favourite courses for quality , pace and price . all 3s and 4s but long enough to bring out the driver and challenging greens would highly recommend for anyone less than a pro and great staff.
Unpleasant golf day
1. The foursome ahead of us were away too slow. Taking too much time. This caused a fight in between with a stranger on my foursome.
2. It was not appropriate to have mandated two strangers to tee off at the same time to forced a foursome.
3. The cart was broken many times and finally we had to switch the cart. Painful!
These was very disappointed and inconvenience. As we all wanted to have a good times and enjoy a round of gold and day.
Starter
This starter is terrible. I had him on the other course as well (Challenge) and he was also loud and annoying as well. I asked the people that I played with and they were not impressed as well.
He is telling people about his problems about his father and how he doesn't get enough golf games in and on and on through our back swings,
It was really a very uncomfortable start for all of us.
I did let this pass the other time but this seems to just be his pattern so someone needs to fix this situation.
Next time I do not plan to be quiet when he proceeds to spoil my start. I will feel better spoiling it myself in giving him my piece of mind, and I am not shy!

Decent course
Fairway and Green has improved a lot except sand trap . Overall
Good for weekend golfer .
Good value
The Rolling Hills Challenge is good for players who are at the intermediate level. Course is well maintained. Most of the staff is friendly. My one complaint is the cost of cart is expensive.
No carts no game
You should let us know when carts are not available so we don't waste time and fuel only to be told that carts are not available due to weather. They know this in the morning so let us know as well.
