No bunkers anymore :(
No bunkers anymore. The greens were decent and the fairways too.
The course needs updating.
The course is not cheap but with a deal it's reasonable. $55 during normal times. The bunkers are not maintained, the leaves in the fall are never swept or blown off the greens. The total amount of work to do that is less than an hour each day to blow the leaves off. So maintaining the greens and refilling the bunkers with sand is important.
Course conditions are terrible for the bunkers and leaves
The course is good in that it's hard to lose a ball and there are not many hazards, and if you want to play a 3 to 3.5 hours of golf. But this course has no bunkers that are playable. there are often leaves on several holes or the fairway. All they need to do each morning, it to blow the leaves away into the forest or other tree clusters. The pace was also poor today.
Course condition - Time to improve on this
There are bunkers that are not playable. They do not maintain them neither do they clean the course from leaves or other droppings all year long. If you ask is it worth the money I'd say no. The cost for this 62 par course runs about 35-40 on avg and if you use a cart add another $22.59 and then you are paying up to $65. Not worth the cost unless you get some kind of discount. And with Golfnow the discounts on the weekend are always around 3pm or later (and without a cart). Way too late to finish, especially in fall.
