Excellent track with that country club feel
Due to an outing, was only able to play the Ireland course. Conditions were pretty much immaculate. Teeboxes, fairways, and greens are in lush conditions. With the wind, this course is tough and makes this long track play even longer. Staff is super friendly and food is excellent. Playing this course made me glad I brought my clubs to Canada.
Give it a second try
The main complaint with the Ireland Course is that it is too tough (I had the complaint for a while).
They've tone down the difficulty in the past years :
-5th is now a Par 5
-They mowed a lot of fescue, giving more bailouts.
-Made some greens wider
Don't get me wrong, it is still a hard golf course where accuracy in a premium. But, you will always find it in the best shape (I played my last round 5 hours after a storm and the course was 95% by the time the round started)
Large putting green, large chipping green, large range (off mat for non-members)
I am actually becoming a member here since I liked the new changes.
A little expensive during peak weekend hours, but worth the price.
