Mountain beauty!
Enjoyed our time at this course winding in and out of this amazing mountain setting and homes. Lots of rough and early season greens not in good shape. We purchased the HOT deal and feel real lucky to find this course. Sure had fun with hubby and we will return.
Mountain Beauty
On our way back to Steamboat from Az, we played here on a whim and what a wonderful experience! Everything was almost perfect except early season greens were on the mend. We will be back and thinking of possible future home here. Friendly atmosphere from players to staff! Thank you for a great round and wonderful memory!
Great Course
I love Divide Ranch. It is probably my all time favorite course. The people are friendly and the scenery is great. The greens are a little iffy in a few places but it doesn’t bother me.
Terrible greens, rough, and fairways.. good scenery but over 100 bucks is robbery.

Divide Ranch
Beautiful golf course with amazing views and really fun layout. Challenging course but not unfair. The lady working the pro shop was a great ambassador for the course and this part of Colorado. She made us feel welcome, gave us some pointers to navigate the course, and just seemed like a wonderful individual.
Some of the greens were not in the best shape but I think that's expected with a course on a mountain with heavy winds some of the year. The greens did not distract from my wife and I's enjoyment of the round. We loved the course and this part of Colorado.
Poor greens
The greens are in bad shape. They appeared to have a fungus and they were dead in a lot of areas. Putting was difficult and frustrating. A lot of the tee boxes were in pretty bad shape as well. The course layout was cool. Quite a few interesting holes, but the course is too expensive for how poor the course has been maintained.
Green Were In Terrible Condition
The course is beautiful but all the greens were in terrible shape. Many of the fairways on the back nine were in very poor condition.
I heard they have a water shortage but I still believe they could do better maintaining the course.
Terrible condition
Due to the lack of irrigation water the course was in terrible condition. It has spectacular views and the layout is great. We enjoyed the round and the challenges. For the right price it is great
$30 value.
Poor conditions at the end of the season
Conditions were veery poor due to lack of watering th course. Also greens were very slow perhaps because roller machine was broken. I would not recommend playing under these conditions.
