Great Course
We played 18 holes of golf and rented a set of golf clubs. Everything from our tee time to booking transportation to the course from our hotel was all booked through the Golf Course. It was very easy to book! The course it’s self is beautiful, especially the views from along the water. Cost of play was very comparable to courses in the US.
Pros:
Gorgeous Views and Great experience. The Tee Boxes, Fairways and Greens were in great condition.
The staff and everyone was beyond friendly and helpful.
The course was not busy for a Monday morning. The pace of play was great. Okay
Cons
- Rental Clubs could use either new grips or an upgrade.
- Being used to yards made it difficult to calculate meters on the go.
Overall the course was great, the people were friendly and it was in great condition.
Augusta like
I say Augusta because of the elevation changes. There are some absolutely stunning views and golf holes on this Vijay Singh designed course. Even though it is right on the bay, with views to the coral coast, reefs, waves and that perfect paradise-like setting, Vijay was clever enough to set up half a dozen holes on the hinterland side of the property. Also great holes. I really loved playing this course and Fiji in general.
