Best Golf course in Humboldt County
Redwood Empire offers year round golf in a County that has very wet winters and spring. The greens are consistently good. They are small, elevated and almost always in excellent condition. Plenty of elevation changes, challenging terrain (lots of trees, giant redwoods) and wildlife define this course. Redwood Empire is a fun, challenging track. The small restaurant features delicious lunch items. If you are driving through Northern California on highway 101 stop in.

A study in contrasts
A fun course that plays like two different ones. The front nine is nice, but a little conservative for my tastes. The back is where the golf course really begins. Plenty of trees and elevation changes.
