Charging full price for 1-star course conditions
We played on Sunday in late August 2016. The course is in horrific condition, the worst course condition we've ever played on. All the tee boxes greens and several of the fairways are burnt to a crisp dead. The greens and collars are nearly unplayable.
One of the greens keepers stated their water pump had broken months ago and he was out watering the greens with a 5 hp pump and a garden hose. When asked why the pump had not been replaced but they were still charging premium rate of $29 per golfer for 18 holes and a cart, he had no answer. Avoid this course all together until they can get it into playable shape .
