South Shore Golf Club

If you are used to playing very well manicured courses that are challenging, this course will leave you wanting. I am not a great golfer, but I typically play tough well manicured courses, and I just didn't see the challenge here. It was very hot the day we played, but the course was very dry, great roll on drives, but just not very lush. Just your typical average golf course.

Course is average. They are extremely rude to golf now customers. It's worth golf now hot deal price but nothing more. Long par three's were fun but that's about it.

Very nice course off of Lake Wawasee. Course is very open with very nice greens.

Best value for your money. Beautifully well kept course. Greens were perfect, the fairway was plush and the rough was better than most public course fairways. Play this course, well worth the extra drive to get there. The people working there are great and glad to see Golf Now players. Must play if you are in northern Indiana.

This course never ceases to amaze...it never seems to be crowded. It is a nice course albeit pretty straight forward. Also, no real elevation changes, but it is fun. Took my 17 year old daughter that hasn't played since junior golf when she was 8. Great course. Great weather. Great fun.

Great course friendly staff and a reasonable price

Besides the weather we enjoyed the course, actually better than I expected. Very fair & reasonable for 2 very average golfers out to enjoy a Sunday afternoon on a long weekend. Unfortunately it was 90+ with no clouds & no wind! The young lady was very nice & kept feeding us water. We could only make it through 15, we were toast!

South Shore gives that hometown golf course feeling like no other. Whether it be a beautiful view of Lake Wawasee or personable and friendly staff. The greens are well kept and stay fast and true. The grounds keepers like to make the hole location challenging and ever changing. This course is by far my favorite place in Syracuse to play.

Great course but long. Tough for this 70 yr old to get there in two on par fours. Still had a great time.

It was a misty day at about 59 degrees. They had about 4 inches of rain the day before and yet could still use carts and get around ok. I played this course a few years ago and there have been some great improvements! Would play again!

Nice course to get a round in if your pressed for time. Minimal hazards, nice location on lake Wawasee. Pro shop is very sparse, would have been nice if lounge was open.

One can enjoy a round of golf without, why the heck did the arch do that?? Great course as a public course should be. Maintained, no " professional shots" needed. just a good way to spend a few hours on the golf course...

What a GREAT value! First time to play this course and was more than pleasantly surprised. I can honestly say that the T boxes and greens were excellently maintained. The fairways were a little dry, but considering the lack of rain, they were still in pretty good shape. The greens were lush and very pristine! Highly recommend this course and even though it's almost an hour from home, we will definitely be back!

Nice course with some lengthy holes. The greens were very well maintained. Trees make for some challenging holes.

I am in town for the week and found this special for the course so I went and was really pleased. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to make me feel welcome. The course is nice, some long par 3s! open fairways and some streams to make you question club selection. I will play there again this week
