I see alot of improvment this year, keep on with the good work
Members course
Fairways were 1/3 dirt, 1/3 sod patches, and 1/3 grass. Several holes had blind hazards that were not indicated on either the course map or the tee markers.. The cart had a loose steering mechanism. Not worth even the discounted price.

Looks like a lot of work going on to make the course better. Keep it up!
A good buy!
drainage problems on 4 holes , sand traps need sand but greens are a soft and fast will make you pay work.

First time I have ever been asked to show proof of confirmation. Course layout is undefined, making it difficult to know where to aim your shot. Had to ask groundskeeper where the green was on one hole.

The grounds were in very poor condition. Fairways were very patchy - areas that were sodded were not cared for. Some of the greens had big patches of dirt. There was no drinking water on the course in 85 degree weather.
Stay Away for right now
The Course has no where to go but up Dead araeas on the Fairways almost every hole. Looks like the effort is there to make improvement. But it wont be anytime soon.
Rough condition but good price
Course needs some work. Some fairways have gaps everywhere. #1 tee box is tore up. I lost quite a few balls due to course conditions, but you get what you pay for.
