Worth the drive
I drove a little over an hour to try this course. I was welcomed to the course. I enjoyed playing there. Not too difficult for my average ability. The course was in very good condition for the drought conditions we are experiencing.
Salomon Falls
This course is a nine hole course near the river.Due to weather conditions it was very dried out and the ground was extremely hard. They seem to want 60 dollars to play 28 with a cart. I would not want to pay that much.The day I went they said that 3 golf carts had broken down and people either had to walk or wait for a cart.
Nice 9 hole course with potential
This course is nicely laid out with enough challenges to make it a fun & playable course. It desperately needs irrigation and attention to improve the play. It is a relatively short course.
9 hole charm
This course is very charming. The staff is excellent and the course is challenging.
Good time
Great day on the course, got stuck behind some old timers with zero regard for the log jam they created. Also who closes the kitchen from 1 to 2 on a Sunday with the Celtics and Reds Sox on? Bizarro land.
Poor management
We had 12:52 tee time their first excuse was we are behind on our Saturday league 15 min then 30 min after that let me call my dad he is in charge he said one hour .
Finally I called Golfnow and they check with them and agreed that I should have my return fees because of their negligence.thank you olfnow.

Greens are Astounding; Fairways Not So Much
Very interesting layout. 9 hole course with lots of variety. The thing that's most impressive about Salmon Falls is the greens. Absolutely impeccable. Fairways are a bit below average. Been a dry summer so far and that certainly has hurt their condition. One weird thing about booking a Hot Deal through GolfNow is that the low price so far is $22. And it shows $22 Hot Deals all day. But the minute you book a slot at $22, the price goes up to $50 and stays there for the day, Definitely not worth $50.
Great 2nd Nine!!
Today I struggled on my first go-round and my score showed it. However, even though it was very windy and gusting at times, I turn it around on the 2nd nine. Everything clicked and I wound up with the best back nine, I’ve ever played!! It was so good it dragged down my lousy score and I ended up with my best 18 hole round at Salmon Falls!
Now , I have a big challenge ahead of me every time I play going forward!! I accept the challenge!
Good Value
Greens are in great shape. Fairways are good. Tees are fair. Pace of play excellent. Affordable/ Good value...
Greens are Amazing
Interesting layout, but what stands out is the excellent condition of the greens. Just amazing. Fairways are average and tees are a bit suspect, but the greens make up for other deficiencies.
