Fun course in good shape
Played for the first time today and I was impressed! Course layout is compact and not long, but the blue tees would be a challenge. Excellent condition with nice greens that were a bit on the slow side. Fairways are narrow, so driving accuracy is more valuable than length. They are doing some improvements around the pro shop that should make drop off and pick up flow nicely.

played this course 4 years ago, wasn't impressed, however I have played this course twice in the last week. 100% improvement from 4 years ago, course is well kept, greens are in great shape, pace of play was good, staff is friendly

Great patio area
I purchased this round for my son & , I for our last round in shorts. I thought the price ($50) was a little much for this time of year. Once we got out onto the course, we noticed the greens had been aerated with an added top dressing of sand.
The staff was not friendly and could have gave me some of money back, since the weekend rate was $35 for 18 & cart.
bad experience
There are 3 nines at this course. When we checked in were told we had to play the same nine twice and said Didn't they tell you ? Also said we shouldn't complain as it was still a good deal. Played two holes and ran into a foursome who was waiting on a fivesome ahead of them. We waited endlessly on every hole. Thought they would break up at the turn but kept right on. We quit and left after 9 holes and won't be back.
The golf course was very good
I would play Yankee Springs again soon love the lay out
