Mountain Flowers at The Homestead Resort

Michigan's Threetops at Treetops may be the state's signature par-3, but The Homestead Resort's very own little Mountain Flowers course is a lot of fun too. The first two holes trudge up the ski slopes, while the remaining seven are all either thrilling downhillers or mostly flat over trouble. There are some views of Lake Michigan and all the greens and distances are a little different from one another. Any good par-3 should have 9 different looks and this course succeeds on that front.

The neat thing about The Homestead, despite having its own 18 holes on-property, is it's home to a Dave Pelz Scoring School at the resort's former driving range. You can really dial in your money shots by spending a day or three at the school and then heading out for a round or two on this course.
