Awful staff and course conditions
I don’t plan on playing this course again. The staff was rude and tee times weren’t spread out whatsoever. I don’t think this course has ever heard of tee boxes because it was dried up mud on every hole. Interesting holes that were ruined with soiled greens and bad course keeping. One of the worse experiences I’ve had playing.
Easy fun course
The overall course was fun to play, the front 9 was easy to follow and wide open. This course does not differentiate between fairway and rough (it’s all cut the same) so even if you have a bad shot you’re still in a decent position to make it up. There are no sand traps on the entire course as well as no water hazards. The back 9 is a cluster to say it lightly. At one point you don’t even know which pin to hit to and there are 3 fairways all on top of each other.
Nice course BUT!!
The course is nice. The fairways are great and well maintained. The tee boxes and the greens are horrible though. Most tea boxes you're getting out of the mud as there's very little grass. Most of the greens are burnt and you're putting on Sand rather than grass. Other than that the course isn't too bad and it's never really busy so you can always play at your own pace and you never have to worry about anybody behind you pushing you.
Couple of crazy holes.
This course is not in good condition; particularly the front 9. Holes 10 and 16 make it worth a drive from Omaha.
Good public course, greens are small and not in good shape. A few crazy different holes makes an average course very enjoyable.
Decent course for the price
They just had a big storm roll thru the night prior so I knew it was gonna be sloppy which it was. Greens were surprisingly in good condition! True rolls. They were soft tho due to the rain. I tee’d off at 9 am with no one in front of me and played 18 holes in a little less than 3 hours! I shot 77 and decided to play another 18 with the buy one get one rate so only payed $6.50 for another 18 holes! 36 holes with a cart for $31. I played 36 holes in 5 hours. Can’t beat that!! The course has potential, decent layout and some blind tee shots. Overall I’ll play it again just for the cheap rates and fast pace of play!
