Layout beautiful, poor condition
It’s such a shame this course is in poor condition because the layout is great! Not sure why they are charging 50 for 9 holes and only 55-60 for 18 holes! Makes no sense
Poor course conditions
As it said in the title, course conditions were poor. Tee boxes were chewed up as well as the fairways were loaded with bald spots. I am not one to usually complain or write reviews but for $58 for 9 holes to play in this condition was just a rip off. I have played full 18 holes for $70 where course was way more maintained. Not a terrible layout to the course there were some fun par 4’s and 5’s but definitely not worth the money.
C Ya in October
The front 9 is like a war zone. Back is nice as usual. You would think a lot of people playing 9 holes for same price as 18 would = some pride in the conditions….you would be wrong. Unfortunate because it’s a great track…especially the back
Horrible
Absolutely horrible from the moment you pay. Staff are not pleasant and price is a robbery for the shape of the course. Tee times are not upheld and golfers are allowed to go out whenever which causes a bottleneck at the 1st tee. I've played here over 20 years and it had never been worse. Atleast when it was cheap you know what you were getting. Now they think they're some kind of fancy course with the proces you pay only to have to hit your ball off dirt. Very sad...
One of the he best courses in NJ
It's cool The course is cool, well-ventilated, and has a great layout. Located very close to the beach, it's perfect for summer golf.
Terrible Greens
Course was not in good shape, worst conditions we have seen all summer. If it was taken care of it would be a good course for the value.
Front 9 Needs Work
Based off the front 9, I'm surprised this course is even open to begin with. Front 9 conditions were terrible. Couldn't figure out what happened to the grass on hole #1 - either weeds or tall grass. Overall, the greens were in terrible shape (lots of dirt patches), the tee boxes were in rough shape, frequently didn't have much grass to hit off of as it was full of dirt. Back 9 was in much better shape. Decent value for money. Likely wouldn't play here again.

The course is burned out . Tee boxes are terrible many areas of fairways full of crab grass if not just plain dirt. Many greens have scarred areas.
Staff was great but can’t make up for run down course.
Not too bad
Tee boxes need a lot of work, some of the greens dried out. Great layout and good value if paying under $40.
Decent price.
Paid a fairly decent price to play the course ,my only complaint was that Every Tee Box was in pretty bad condition, and some of the greens. I mean you would expect at least the First Tee Box to be in good shape, and it was not
Good course for the money
Decent course for the money. Staff working there are always friendly. Could use a Ranger to speed up play. Some tee boxes are bad and some greens are getting beat up with the heat and many people do NOT fix ball marks.
