Cedar Creek Golf Course

I usually play here early mornings (6 AM) and the staff and grounds crew are amazing. Greens could use a little care but fairways are decent. Course layout is great and challenging for all handicaps.

The only knock on this course, which is the same for every other during these times, is we need course rangers! We need to keep things moving and we need to understand there are some faster and some slower groups/players.

The fairways and rough were mainly crabgrass. The tee box’s were all crab grass and beat up. The greens were burned out.

Fairways are crab grass. Staff rushes you on to the course and oh no kind to tee times. No warden to keep pace. Tee boxes are a step up from dirt. Greens are torn up. We waited 10-20 minutes between holes for the two groups in front of us. The course is poorly run.

The cart guy mocked me when I said I wanted to practice putt and chop before our round. That’s why I showed up 25 minutes early. It seems pointless to have a tee time.

By far the worst course in the area. Will not be back.

The greens and fairways are faster than they ever were in past years but no complaint here. The staff is awesome!

What an excellent time I had today. Weather was perfect up till the back 9 where the sun has the advantage. The beautiful 18th hole was a sight. I will definitely be back again. Some of the green and the fairways seemed dated and need better management. Not all. Overall excellent experience.

The reviews focus on the condition of the course, especially the greens. My observation - and of my playing partners - is that most players do not fix their ball marks (or divots) which leads to the beat-up greens and fairways. If the rangers and staff get on golfers to respect the course, the improvements would be remarkable. Other than this, there were several "closed" tee boxes but this is to allow regrowth and does not affect play, unless you are hitting from the tips. Good bargain, friendly staff and I will return.

Play here a lot with significant other. Course is getting better but still a ways to go. Tee boxes are in really bad shape but there are signs of improvement. Biggest complaint is pace of play. Seems that there are a lot of players who have no clue as to how to keep moving. No idea as to how to play out of a cart. Also total disregard for course as to replacing divots,fixing ball marks and staying off fairways that are clearly marked “ CART PATHS ONLY”. Course really needs a ranger or two to keep things mioving and to control abusers.

Municiple Course so very reasonible price and good value for the money. Good and fun course with a pretty flat front 9 and a hilly back. Does not hold water well so can be soggy with recent rain.

Pace of play was very slow . Waited every shot . Tee boxes were all beat up , bunkers hard and greens bumpy
