Fun course
I have played Orange tree now about 4 times love it great condition for summer fun track water station every 3 holes cups and ice available before you tea off great place to play.
Bad experience
Had 2 women cut in front of me at the turn, claiming they got passed by the twosome that was in front of me on the front 9.Yhey were horrible golfers had zero golf edicate.slow paced watched them get out of the cart and walk across the fairway looking lost couldn't keep track of the balls they hit 100yarfs down the side of the desert.18 the hole one of their stupid teenage kid decided he would give her lessons on how to hit out of the bunker, then chipping lessons and then putting lessons all while we were on the fairway waiting for these clowns to leave. Some people's kids.I hope the 2 women read this.
Golden Hills
The people were great. The course does need some work. Some of the greens need work. Some of the fairways need work also. The course has a great layout. Will continue to play.
Back 9 Closed
It was a fantastic day for golf, however everyone knew that and showed up today. The back 9 was closed so everyone was playing the front 9 twice. I may have spent as much time waiting at the tee boxes as I did playing today. Greens were also sandy. You simply can’t beat this price right now but there is a reason for that.
Good layout,friendly staff
Played this course, was ok nothing special about it. Greens were good with minor imperfections just as many other courses, faiways were decent for time of year but tee boxes need some work. Bunkers had plenty of sand. What I noticed is lack of product or ammenities, pro shop looked old and outdated same as carts, restaurant wasnt open during our round. The staff was really friendly from check in to cart girl no complaints there. Will recommend to anyone price was decent and course layout was good.
Awesome Value
When you can play 18 holes for about $20 it’s hard to beat. Loved the conditions of the course after some light rain the night before.
