Front 9 twice so I understood the price. But wheyouf ball trickles off fairway and into first cut (if you want to call it that) it was higher than ankle deep. Pace of play was terrible. The group ahead of us drove to the edge of the green and then would not get off the green and move on.

It was a little slow as they didn't group people together. In front was a single player, we were a double and behind was another double. Because of this, I felt rushed.

Last second decision with friends and it paid off. Great pace of play, nice and friendly staff, and challenging in the right places. Course was ROIGH from the storm this week but if the grass was cut back and there weren’t puddles it would have been an easy 5 star. This place is not for snobs. Come for fun, and take yourself less seriously.

We have played this course 20x, and it’s a good. Alice with quick play during weekdays. The staff is friendly, and they have a bar-restaurant on site with a simple menu priced fairly.

Great layout, awesome staff good people! Best bang for your buck in the valley they just need to cut the greens down a little bit more!

Still with irrigation problems, some areas flooded, some areas dry and dead, greens not great, maybe a Monday thing.

Firstly, and I'll reiterate this again, it was $15. That said you get what you pay for and I got $15 worth of golf. Pro's- the tee boxes and most greens were fine (some greens did need much love). Greens were dry and slow but rolled smooth. Fairways and surrounding areas adjacent to the fairways need a lot of work. Lots of debris adjacent to the fairways from past storms some debris had been there awhile. overgrown patches of grass and weeds present on multiple holes. Many fairways were like swamps with large sections somewhat flooded (perhaps broken pipes below the surface) . its a good layout and track, but needs much improving. but if you're good with working around all of that for $15 bucks then play away. If prices increase I wouldn't recommend this course.

Course layout was great but MAN... There was allll over the place including fairways. So, hitting the fairway in the green doesn't mean you're safe. Also, the grass outside of the fairway was awful. Shots where you know exactly where your ball lands, are unfindable either bc of the mud or tall grass. I get that rough is rough but it's like they dont even shape the rough. Makes for a ton of lost balls no matter your skill level and really hurts pace of play. If it wasn't priced so good, I'd find a better maintained course.

Course was in pretty good shape. Greens were slow, but with the heat I can see why they are not being cut close. Only complaint was grass clippings and high thick, rough (I know, you are not supposed to hit it in the rough). If you didn't walk on your ball, it was lost which slows down play.

My wife and I love playing at Golden Hills. The course needs some more love, but they are working on it. For the price you pay, the value is there. What tops it off are the people. Dave, Marc, and Mitchell have all made our visits so special and we feel like family. I highly recommend it.

This course continues to improve, much better than a year ago, they had storm damage but they were working on it, greens good, tee boxes good.

Course was major tree branch clean up due to recent storms. Fairways are dry but to be fair it's late August. Pace of play was great on front 9 then really slowed on back 9. All in all for a very hot day was a good golf day. Will play again.

Water and soft spots all over the course. Lot of weeds and tall grass. I have to say the greens are excellent. Worth $16
