Nice and challenging course
Course is nice and challenging. Lost like 2 sleeves.
Crowded
Wasn’t told there was a tournament going on. Play so slow we tried to skip ahead. Had to go to the 10th hole before pace picked up. Traps still need sand.
Great Golf Course
I have filled out these surveys many, too many times and they say pretty much the same great results
Pro shop lady not resourceful
We asked for a promo posted on cart and she didn't know neither she took the tine to ask someone else
They need a beer cart
Challenging with Mountain Views
Challenging course with some tricky layups. Incredible views of Mt. Wrightson on the front 9 holes. Sand Bunkers have drainage problem. Hard pan surface with many rocks. Tee Boxes and Greens are in great shape. 106 degrees when I finished my round. Plenty of water coolers and a beverage cart service was great.
Another Good Golf Experience
I play Canoa about once a month. It is always in good shape and a fantastic staff also make my round enjoyable
Greens are good - that sums it up
Used to be the gem of GV - now the worst. Yes that sums it up
Visiting from Oregon every year for the entire month of May we play this course at least once a week.
NEVER a disappointment.Whether the course, staff, restaurant.
Other courses should take note.
Challenging,yet fair.
Great Layout & Views
Great course. Would give it 5 stars if the course was in a little better shape and just a heads up the sand is not really sand (dirt & rocks).
Love Canoa
I used to play Canoa every week so I anxiously
anticipated my round. The course was not as I remembered. The shape of the course in general had deteriorated. The tee boxes were average but the fairways were very dry and not well kept. The greens had been punched. The maintenance staff was working while I was there and seemed understaffed. There was just a lack of manpower and water on the course. I play the Green Valley courses every week after traveling from Tucson. I am familiar with most courses in the area and can only place this course's condition as below average. I love the layout and how my game fits the course. I would hate to see this course neglected.
