The overseeing went well and the conditions are very good.

Played on 10/24 foursome. Cart path only and we were told the fairways, tee boxes, and greens were fuzzy, this was expected. Pace of play was 5 hrs due to cart path only and having to wait on other groups. Basically course was playable. Rough was really long so you could easily lose your ball. There were a lot of golfers hitting into other fairways and some hitting into our group. Rarely anyone was filling their divots or raking the bunkers. There was a lot of trash lying around of which the course marshals could take a few minutes and pick up. The staff at the bag drop and pro shop were great. The golf carts are electric and now have GPS, no coolers but you can get a small one at the bar with some ice if you buy beverages. There is water on the course, some ball washers, and beverage cart. Also the Capone Hideaway was open. They will be eliminating the driving range as they are building simulators. Would like to see the dead trees etc that were cut down to be removed as it’s unsightly. Golfers like to see aesthetically pleasant surroundings. This track is a great one if you like older type traditional courses.

Greens and fairways looking decent after overseeding. Still CPO so pace of play should pick up in a couple of weeks.

The course grass has grown in nicely and the play is still cart path only. They are building an indoor golf simulator and some other property upgrades. It was well worth the price.

Greens were on the longer side (which I don't mind)

A couple greens weren't overseeded so they were dry (still rolled pure)

Only bad thing was the group in front of us despite having three carts for four players, were SLOW. Three holes open in front of them slow.

Ranger eventually urged they speed up at #12 but we still finished in four hours (would've been 3.25)

Resending was done nicely and the course played very well.

Overall, good round. Course was in great shape outside of the bunkers, which need sand desperately. Fairways and greens were awesome though.

This course is just opened back up after over seeding. I had low expectations as the usual cart path only and furry greens. I was pleasantly surprised as the t boxes, fairways and greens were in great shape. While the greens were a bit furry they rolled fairly fast and true. The round was very slow as expected since players all had to walk to their balls. Enjoyed the course, staff and Restraunt.

Got a good price and was more than pleased.

Course was in good shape other than a few sand traps, greens were clean.

Only thing we would have liked to see was a ranger on the course to speed a slow group or 2 up.

Gotta make some of these guys improve their pace of play.

Even though I played late in the summer season snd the fairways were being prepared for over seeding the greens were in very good shape. Their small size snd ample protective bunkers made it challenging hitting that second shot. I look forward to playing again when the course is all green. I want to see how the fairways play in their best shape. Will I get the same generous rolls as I did when they were being prepared for over seeding.

I was expecting a better course conditions based on what their website said.

The course had a lot of debris from the past dust storm. Some sand traps were just mud. Overall still enjoyable

Played Sunday and greens are slow but good condition! No dry and bald patches in the fairway nor in the greens. Good day and golf course! Would definitely play here again!
