About El Conquistador Tucson, A Hilton Resort

The El Conquistador Tucson, A Hilton Resort, is one of the destination's most historic golf resorts, dating back to 1928. It is also one of the largest for golf with two 18-hole courses and an additional 9-hole Pusch X short course that plays 2,700 yards. The AAA property features five pools, including one with a waterslide, as well as lighted tennis courts. Resort activities feature water aerobics, yoga and nature walks on nearby trails. For families, there is a kids club for ages 4-12. Among the 427 rooms are 1, 2 and 3-bedroom casita suites with separate living and dining rooms, swimming pool and hot tubs. The resort is adjacent to the El Conquistador Golf & Tennis, a semi-private club whose courses were built in the 1980s. It is managed by Troon Golf with a First Tee and PGA Junior League program.

Very nice course

There is only one problem with this course and that being little gravel pieces in the sand traps? When people hit out these pieces go all over the green making for some bumpy putts. Aside from this I found this course completely awesome and such extraordinary views! Will play again

Tricky and challenging

Classic desert golf with a mix of open fairways and tighter holes. Greens had been sanded about a week prior but still played fairly fast when putting.

Great 9 hole course

My husband and I both absolutely love the Pusch Ridge course! It is such a challenging 9 hole course, with beautiful views throughout and great conditions. I even took my son when he visited - and he would usually only play challenging 18 hole courses - and he loved it as well. It is so much fun to play and so reasonably priced. I would recommend it to anyone!

Overall good.

Decent course for the price. Suggest bunker improvement. Too many rocks in the bunkers that are hard on wedges. Even with that, I always enjoy playing this course.

Great Day of Golf

The conquistador side is great. Fairways, greens, etc were great. After reopening that side, it seems like they cleaned and cleared a few areas. Enjoyed the day snd course.
