The hotel is located near Ak-Chin Southern Dunes, one of the top-rated Phoenix-Scottsdale golf courses that features an Australian Sandbelt-inspired design. Must play when in AZ
This is a fabulous golf course! It's a really good test for every level of golfer. Greens are excellent, stimping 11ish. Firm but they hold. Fairways are generous but if you miss them there are lots of places you can lose ammo . . . so provision your ammo supply accordingly.
Play It!
First time experiencing this course and and it won't be the last. It's a bit remote in relation to Phoenix / Scottsdale, however, it's worth it and then some. Friendly staff, fantastic course conditions, challenging layout (pick your tees accordingly), and great value. Play it....you'll be glad you did.

Absolutely Fabulous Golf Course!! We were fortunate in that the course was basically wide open when we played. The on course staff was outstanding. Loved that they had Ice Cold bottles of water about every 4 holes. Course has a lot of sand traps but tee markers make the course very playable for all players. Highly recommend the course and can't wait to play it again.
Loved the course and staff on course fantastic. Went in your restaurant for lunch, waitress brought me a beer but forgot to gone back and take my lunch order, after 25 minutes, I just left.
Always a favorite
This course never disappoints us. Great layout, great course conditions.
Club house closed awfully early, so had to go elsewhere after the round for food and drink.
Normally Worth The Drive
5+ hour round of golf today definitely put a damper on a challenging course in great condition.
Needs a refresh
Played this course on vacation for 10 years and it’s finally worn me out. Way too many unkept bunkers and waste areas for an average golfer to have an enjoyable round. The gophers have taken over the entire course and left a million holes everywhere. I’m not usually a harsh critic but felt I should tell the truth.
