Great day at Eagle Mountain! Photo submitted by uOQDZ5699OQ on 09/26/2012
Condition
Course is in horrible condition. Greens are worst. I’ve ever played on and fairways were almost as bad. Staff was great though.
Greens are need to be replaced
My wife and I enjoy this course a lot and we played it a few times but this weekend when we played course is in need of desperate repair. The greens were so bad it looked as if they painted it green. Areas around the green dried up in crackling and the sand traps were so dried up that you couldn’t even make a mark and then with your shoes.
The views are amazing and the layout is very fun to play we were looking so forward to playing this course and walked off very disappointed.
Diseased greens
$99to play on painted packed mud!! Don’t waste your time!
Blight Issues on Every Green
We were told a by starter that a couple of greens had blight. That was not correct EVERY Green had blight! Holes 17 & 18 had construction equipment actively working on course in line with greens. Worst was full price was charged...I have played this course over the years. This time was the worst condition ever...Would like a refund!
Normally great, but greens were in terrible shape
Ordinarily love this course but greens were bumpy and looked terrible. A drink, food or replay voucher would have been nice to make up for the conditions.
Horrible greens.
Visiting from Iowa. Was looking forward to playing this course. Beautiful layout of the course. Not sure what happen to the greens but almost all greens were dead and painted green. Impossible to putt on.
Great course; greens needed work.
Love this course layout; greens were all dead and really bad; spray painted; putting on a cow path
Terrible Course Conditions
Always look forward to playing Eagle Mountain, but was very surprised by the conditions when we stepped on the practice green. We definitely would not have played the round if we had known how bad the greens and fairways were. I'm not a golf snob, but it was on the verge of unplayable even for recreational play.
Horrible greens
Typically a great course but the greens were horrible and have been for weeks
Condition
The course is in terrible condition due to blight. The greens are spray painted dirt. Bunkers are also in bad shape. I saw no mention of conditions when I booked tee time on Golf Now.
The greens were terrible and the fairways were not substantially better. Very disappointing compared to other times played
Great layout
Great track and layout. Greens on front nine had some damage so putting wasn’t ideal. Had two foursomes in front who were slow. Said since we were on 4.5 hr pace of play it was fine. Could’ve been much better had that made the two groups keep up. Would play again when greens are better.
Diseased greens
Horrific greens!!! Terrible! No grass!!! Disease all greens affected!!! Worth $50 tops
5/14
Course is great greens are horrible due to a disease in the grass
