Great day at Eagle Mountain! Photo submitted by uOQDZ5699OQ on 09/26/2012
Always a favourite
Our last round of 6 for the week. It was a favourite of everyone. Greens were awesome whilst there were some patches on the fairway it didn't hinder our round. A great course with great views and layout with a true desert feel. Will play every time I'm in town!
Fun course
Enjoyed the course, resort style golf. Your ball always ends up in the fairway. Course and greens are in good shape. Shot my personal low round here so I am a little biased
Windy but beautiful
Really interesting course especially when the wind was blowing. Very appealing in its beauty and sloped sides keep your somewhat errant shots in play. Tees, fairways, bunkers and greens were in very good shape. A must play now that it is more affordable. Really nice people working there, from check-in to the starter and Marshals and cart lady. Overall really good experience.
Course in great shape
Conditions were great. Bunkers were in fine shape. Greens were slow, but not too bad. Always a fun course to play.
Beautifully maintained golf course
Enjoyed everything about the course. Great practice facility and the golf course was in amazing shape.
Good first time experience
I was glad to see the price drop from 250 to 140 and took advantage. I'd heard good things and was not disappointed. Due to it being Mother's Day, the course was basically empty, so pace of play was excellent. Two positive interactions with on-course Marshalls, and glad to see them out on the course. Condition was better than average. Greens were pretty slow, but in very good condition and consistent throughout the round. Fun and challenging layout. Already booked another round for next Sunday.
Most scenic course, but
This is the most scenic GC I've played in the valley. Crazy changes in elevation. The course was in great shape. tees, greens and fairways all very good. Easy driving course as most fairways all berm to the middle. However, the greens are the big equalizer. You can hit 18 greens and shoot 80. So much slope and they play very fast. Staff were very friendly. Tee'd off early and played in under 4 hrs. Could have been faster if the group ahead had let us go through. We were a 2ball playing behind 4.
Way over priced
My friends and I have been wanting to play this course for a long time and finally made it happen. For $250 a round and the awful conditions I found this to be way over priced. Lots of dead grass in the fairways, mud holes, etc. was expecting much better conditions for the price.
Of course I enjoyed my round since i had a hole in one on #8
Congratulations...
Thank you for your comments and apologize that you and your group did not enjoy the experience. I would like to discuss more in detail if you could reach out directly to the club and ask for the GM.
