Pointe Hilton Tapatio Cliffs Resort

2nd group off in the morning. Played from the back tees ( blues). Course was in great shape. Challenging layout with some tight fairways and a couple of long par 3s. Pretty small greens very hilly beautiful course. You gotta hit it straight on this course glad I brought my A game this morning had a blast. Great friendly staff. Will definitely play this course again when in Phoenix.

When we got there we were told cartpath only, it was not said or in any other information before hand when the teetime was made. Everything was green and plush so I’m not sure why it was cartpath only.

This is a hilly course and was difficult having to walk all the way across the fairway and back up the hill. I played with two older people that almost didn’t make it through because of this.

I think you should be informed when making the teatime about any special circumstances so you can decide if you want to play or not. Otherwise the course is in great shape ,greens were nice, quite a unique and somewhat difficult course due to the Carrie’s to reach the fairways on some holes

Well designed course with good mix of long and short holes. Fun course to play well defined golf holes.

Great course and great condition. Challenging. Only thing is that bag staff didn’t take any covers off clubs when they were suppose to clean them.

Greens were rolling pure even after a recent overseed

First time playing here. Course was in great condition but it was cart path only due to reseeding. Greens needed to be cut and rolled but I assume that had something to do with reseeding also. Beautiful layout and great views of hills. I would recommend this course to everyone.

Pretty pricey, I say this because there is no GPS on the carts. Also this was cart path only. There should have been a discount for this inconvenience. This slows down the round at least 45 minutes, running back and forth to the cart. The course ranger told us there is empty hole ahead of us, pick it up your pace. However there was no one behind us for at least 2 holes. Then when we got to the eighteenth hole we were waiting on the group in front of us. The ranger needs to look at the entire picture before jumping on the golfers for no reason.
