Rancho de los Caballeros

A very good layout in the town of Wickenburg. The course was nicely maintained with lots of grass on the fairways and good sand in the bunkers. Would love to see them cut the tee boxes an inch or so shorter. This has been the way they cut them for the past ten years. Just too long for a tee box. The greens had a little speed down hill but most of the time they were way too slow in my opinion. If they could get them to at least a nine on the stimpmeter they would be a lot more fun to putt. The golf now rate makes this a nice place to play if you want to get out of Phoenix.

Love this course, They have plenty of water and it shows. Great Tee Boxes, Fairways, Sand Bunkers & Greens. Well worth the drive to Wickenburg. Well maintained. Constantly challenging.

THE GREENS HAD BEEN AREATED IN PAST MONTH AND THIS MADE PUTTING

DIFFICULTE. HARE TO KEEP PUTTS ON LINE AND WERE VERY SLOW.

THIS IS REQUIRED TO IMPROVE THE COURSE SO HOPEFULL NEXT OUTING WILL BE ON TRACK. DUE TO THIS I BLAME THE GREENS FOR BAD PUTTS AND NOT ME

First and foremost, I gotta say that the staff members here are probably the friendliest group of guys that I've ever dealt with at a golf course! They were nice, informative, and made me feel very welcome. The practice area was great. The course was in terrific shape and provided a very nice challenge. Lots of elevation changes, and a nice mix of very interesting holes. The fairways were wide and lush, and the desert areas were never a factor. The greens were a bit slow due to the plugging and sanding but they rolled pretty true. If scenery is your thing, then you'll love the views of the mountains in the distance. Great par 5 finishing hole, with lots of fairway moguls to test your skills! Well worth the drive from the West Valley, and yes, I will go back again soon. Thanks for the fun day!

Had my good friend from the Portland Oregon area visiting and we decided to play this course again. The course was in great shape, the pace of play was awesome....Finished in 3 1/2 hours. The lunch special that went with the golf was absolutely AWESOME...They have added a Steak Sandwich which is Filet Mignon sliced thin on great bun.

Course is very challenging but fair. Great views of the mountains and surrounding mesas. I am impressed and will return

10:00 start time, able to get out a bit earlier, no delays or pressure. Course in good condition except greens which had been plugged and sanded but not unusual for this time of year. Drinks, food and service in restaurant afterwards was good. Would certainly play there again.

GPS would of been good for a few holes but overall a great condition golf course

THE COURSE WAS INTERESTING AND A FUN CHALLENGE. I WOULD SAY IT WAS A VERY FAIR LAYOUT. THE STAFF WAS VERY ACCOMMODATING. I HAVE BOOKED A RETURN VISIT

Los Caballeros is an Arizona gem. The course is challenging. It's in great shape and the greens are fast but true. Well worth the trip to play. Staff members were very friendly.

A fun course to play. Especially difficult pin placements on a very windy day created more challenge than necessary. Staff was friendly & helpful.

Everything was first-rate. The fairways were as lush, full & green as any I've played of late. They were generally pretty wide and forgiving, too. Greens were fair and they all played evenly. The views are quite nice as there are a handful of elevation changes. The staff was first-rate, both in the pro-shop and the lounge/patio.

The drive to Wickenburg is worth it for this gem

The course was in great shape. I would highly recommend this course. Staff was wonderful!

Course and service are above average. The price of food was too.

Fun course that does not require forced carries over desert terrain. The greens are fast with significant slope and require that you to play the front edge to stay on even for back flags.

Should be a rate adjustment for Canadians!!
To rich for some of my Canadian friends down here.
A lot more Canadians would play this course and many others if there was a rate adjustment for our dollar.

i always like playing here. Old fun course.

Very nice layout & pretty course. Very friendly staff and was put out on a earlier tee time which was nice. Good Winter golf.
