Solid experience
The course was in good condition at the end of summer and pace was - typical 4hr for 18 holes..
Solid golf for $50
It was labor day so the place was packed with crappy golfers. Not Viewpoints fault. Balls were flying all over the place. Outside of that, we finished in 4.25 hours with a foursome and that was even with two of the guys being awful.
Greens were long but in good shape. I think I saw one with a dead spot. Fairways were very playable and the rough was thick!
Overall it was great value for $50 on a holiday! I'll definitely go back on an off day.
Greens and fairways
Well started out on the first hole. Hit a good shot rolled off into the thicker grass and they definitely aren't cutting the grass around the fairways which is fine because this time of year they've got grass. Most places have rocks are dirt. Popped it up on the green. You can read the greens. Pretty good. They're not fast, not slow. Very enjoyable on the greens. Fairways are still coming back. Some have a lot of grass. Some have just patches but there's not just dirt. There's some kind of grass but the first time in my life I had a albatross on number eight par 5. I was at about 200 and hit the stick and it fell in which made the round. Pretty exciting. Staff is real friendly. Guy outside was gray. We definitely will be back. Thanks again!
Consistentcy
Always great pace of play and well maintained course greens and fairways. Greens slower than normal today yet shouldbe back to perfect soon.
Short and sweet but be prepared to wait
This is a very short sweet and forgiving nine with good grass and good greens! I was told I would be the only one on the course and got stacked behind two very slow pace of play groups. All and all fun day and will be back!

Just good to get out and play….short par 5s help to feel good about yourself!
This was a really fun course. Lots of shade. Not too difficult for a beginner like myself. Everyone we talked to was super friendly. This is definitely a course we will go to again. The only critique I have was the fairways had some pretty bad bald spots but since it is mid summer it’s to be expected. Most courses are like this in Arizona right now. Overall though I really liked the course and will for sure go again.
Great course and super friendly staff
Didn’t have high expectations for a $20 9 hole round but I was thoroughly impressed with the condition of the course. Greens were moderate but for $20 there probably not a better course!
Nice course.
Perfect for after work on hot summer day. Greens in decent condition, and challenging with houses on both sides of fairway.
Great course, rude and lazy staff
The title says it all — great beginners course, rude and lazy staff.
Gentleman checking golfers in by the carts did not say a thing to us and when we asked him a question, he was remarkably rude and dismissive. No offer to help with the clubs or show us our cart, nothing. The gentleman in the pro shop was nice. Not friendly by much standard but not rude. Cherry on top was when we finished our round, same rude and dismissive employee didn’t say a word to us. He sat in a golf cart and watched us unload all of our stuff. No offer to clean clubs or help. First time for everything and I guess this goes to show you, you get what you pay for. $17 for a round of golf with cart was cheap so what did I expect? Shameful service though.
Course was in good condition. Well manicured and greens were in good shape. Tee boxes needed a lot of TLC. Carts didn’t have any sand to fill divots and you can tell people have been ripping apart the tee boxes for weeks. Yikes!
Off course amenities were good. Pro shop was well stocked, there are bathrooms and water fountains found throughout the course too. No cart girl/guy so stock up at the pro shop or you’ll pay the price until the turn.
Disappointed
Played on 7/28, not paired with anyone. Very few people playing. Course not in the best shape. Only slightly better greens since last time we played. Lots of dirt patches in the fairways, about half the tee boxes had nice grass, and bunkers rarely have sand. Greens were slightly long grass so they were slow. Minimal staff due to summer slowing but were nice. Hoping if/when monsoon rains arrive this will improve the conditions.
