They call it viewpoint, you get some good views for sure! Photo submitted by danaswanson808 on 12/14/2019
Summer is here
Play this course a lot but now that snowbirds are gone can finally get morning tee times. Course is dry grass patchy but all of them are right now due to transition to summer after Aerification. Great course to practice all your skills and is forgiving because the fairways slope to the center!
6 hour round
They overbooked on Memorial Day…. What did you expect on the business travel weekend of the year…? Started us 10 minutes late just to wait on people all day, get a marshal and speed people up.
Old dude sitting one the first tee box asking for your receipt, like stop worrying about receipts and get on the course and push people along, oh and maybe water it? Overall should be a $15 round
Excellent course
Being a non Viewpoint resident it's hard to get winter tee times so we wait for the summer season to enjoy Viewpoint
It was okay
Paid $35, didn't expect perfect. It was okay for the price and 9am tee time.
Horrible pace of play
Was a mess from the start. They over booked and admitted it. What did you expect on Memorial Day. Was supposed to start at 10:52, started at 11:10 and played almost a 6 hour round. Course should be 15 bucks, if you’re not in the fairway you’re hitting off rock hard clay
I always like this course but today something has changed. The staff was very abrasive and had no tact to help out. Tee time was changed when I got to the course because they didn't check the online bookings. No cart person on a HOT Holiday weekend? No carts when you showed up for your tee time. Went off a little late. I still enjoyed the round but it was DIFFERENT.
Overall conditions of course are too dry
Greens and fairways are still trying to fill in with bermuda but many spots are not being watered sufficiently.
Greens are still rolling well, though. Overall the conditions are lesser than what is the norm here ... Hopefully they will improve with better care, otherwise the course could be in for a long Summer.
Not good
Course is in terrible shape, I have played here a few times before and have never seen it this bad. Greens are terrible, fairways are dry and bare and the pace of play on the back 9 was awful. Took us almost an hour to just play 17 and 18. I know it is a cheaper course but still not worth the $60.
Viewpoint golf is great.
Had another fun day at Viewpoint.
The course is playing well and the greens are especially good.
I enjoy this course!
Viewpoint overview
First time that I have ever seen the course so dry. Tite dry lies, greens wouldn't hold. It is a nice track though. Hoping to play it again soon..
Viewpoint is a nice summertime course
Had a fun day playing Viewpoint in the sun. Thae course was pretty wide open and the round took about 3.5 hours.
Conditions were decent, the greens were very good. The price was great too.
fairways were showing grass places with signs of distress.
I would expect this in july and august but, not may.
